These are such excellent thoughts - we don't have to sacrifice our spiritual health to multiply our offering - I'll be kicking that around in my brain the rest of the week! Thanks Tabitha!

Continuing to trust that God will complete the good work He hasn’t started is always hard, but especially in this area.

This was well written, Tabitha. I really enjoyed reading your thoughts, especially since it's been a primary focus with the various jobs you've held over the years. I agree - let's turn off autopilot, and let's turn on critical thinking.

Tabitha, This was so great. I deleted my facebook account years ago and just began to use Instagram for, you know, the pictures. Over the years even Instagram became filled with so many ads and distractions. This past summer, I deleted my Instagram for the summer. I just reinstalled it a couple weeks ago but when I did, I went through all the list of who I was following and deleted a lot of Influencers. I was mostly good at not spending a lot of time but I found myself constantly checking to see if people had commented on my posts/pictures. Letting go of that this summer was so freeing to me and even tho I have posted a few things, I don’t find myself consistently checking. I have much to consider as I begin my Substack journey. Thanks for your writing.

Taking some time away from social media is always such a good way to increase our objectivity about how it’s affecting us. So glad you found some ways to feel a little less tethered to it this summer.
